Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at EightSix Network. As a key member of our residential operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer service to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate housing inspections and rent collection
- Monitor and manage lease assignments and internal transfers
- Provide administrative support to the general manager
- Develop and implement business development strategies
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a coordinator position in the real estate field
- Good knowledge of the Hopem management system
- Bilingualism is an asset
