Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at EightSix Network. As a key member of our residential operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate housing inspections and rent collection
  • Monitor and manage lease assignments and internal transfers
  • Provide administrative support to the general manager
  • Develop and implement business development strategies
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a coordinator position in the real estate field
  • Good knowledge of the Hopem management system
  • Bilingualism is an asset
