We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at EightSix Network. As a key member of our housing operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and service delivery to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Closely monitor rent collection and coordinate arrivals and departures of tenants
- Coordinate lease assignments and internal transfers, ensuring timely and efficient processing
- Manage the schedule of tenant meetings and elevator reservations, providing excellent customer service
- Perform business development and develop new marketing strategies with management approval
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- Minimum experience in a coordinator position in the real estate field
- Good knowledge of the Hopem management system (an asset)
- Bilingualism is an asset
