Key Responsibilities:

  • Closely monitor rent collection and coordinate arrivals and departures of tenants
  • Coordinate lease assignments and internal transfers, ensuring timely and efficient processing
  • Manage the schedule of tenant meetings and elevator reservations, providing excellent customer service
  • Perform business development and develop new marketing strategies with management approval
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide support in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Minimum experience in a coordinator position in the real estate field
  • Good knowledge of the Hopem management system (an asset)
  • Bilingualism is an asset
