Service Advisor Job Description

Capital Ford Lincoln Inc. is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in facilitating a seamless customer experience by acting as the liaison between our Service Technicians and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet Customers with a Smile: Provide a warm welcome to our customers, setting the tone for a positive experience.
  • Determine Vehicle Needs: Conduct a thorough assessment of customer needs, including a vehicle walk-around, visual inspection, and test drive if required.
  • Produce Repair Orders: Create detailed repair orders, including cost and time estimates, to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure Proper Authorization: Verify customer authorization for all work and diagnosis performed.
  • Meet Sales Goals: Meet or exceed targeted sales goals and customer satisfaction index.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver an outstanding customer experience to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Administer Warranty Repairs: Ensure that new and used vehicle warranty repairs are performed in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
