Service Advisor Job Description

Capital Ford Lincoln Inc. is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Service Advisor will act as the liaison between our Service Technicians and customers, ensuring a seamless and transparent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet customers, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • Determine vehicle needs through customer information, vehicle inspection, and test drive (if required)
  • Prepare repair orders with detailed estimates and timelines, ensuring customer transparency
  • Obtain proper authorization from customers for all work performed
  • Exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to foster loyalty
  • Administer warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
