Service Advisor Job Description

Capital Ford Lincoln Inc. is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless customer experience by facilitating communication between Service Technicians and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet Customers with a Friendly Manner
  • Determine vehicle needs through customer information, vehicle walk-around, and visual inspection
  • Produce repair orders with transparent cost and time estimates
  • Ensure proper authorization from customers for all work performed
  • Meet or exceed targeted sales goals and customer satisfaction index
  • Provide exceptional customer service to drive loyalty
  • Administer new and used vehicle warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
