Job Title: Service Advisor

Capital Ford Lincoln Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team

Job Summary:

The Service Advisor will act as the liaison between our Service Technicians and customers, ensuring a seamless and transparent experience for all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet customers, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • Determine vehicle needs through customer information, vehicle walk-around, and visual inspection
  • Produce repair orders with clear estimates and transparency
  • Ensure proper authorization from customers for all work performed
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service to drive loyalty and retention
  • Administer warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines

Requirements:

  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor throughout the workday
  • Confidently interact with customers and staff from diverse backgrounds
  • Effective listening skills when communicating with guests and Technicians
  • Desire to provide high-level customer service
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
