Customer Experience Manager

At Movati Athletic, we're seeking a Customer Experience Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for coaching and motivating staff to deliver exceptional member experiences. You'll work closely with the Experience Manager to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to achieve sales goals. Your typical workday will be full of interaction and engagement with members, where you'll match their unique needs with the right Club products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coaching and motivating staff to achieve sales goals and targets
- Identifying opportunities for growth and implementing strategies to achieve sales goals
- Matching member's unique needs with the right Club products and services
- Managing and resolving member concerns
- Ensuring members and guests feel welcome and comfortable
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of related customer experience
- 1+ years of sales experience
- Ability to articulate sales success and deliver meaningful customer growth
- Availability to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, days, afternoons and weekends
