Your typical workday will be full of interaction and engagement with members and potential members, ensuring they receive the best possible experience from the moment they walk in our doors. You will be available to answer questions regarding membership, manage and resolve any concerns, and ensure members and guests feel welcomed.

We are looking for a candidate with 2+ years of related customer experience and 1+ year of sales experience. You should be able to articulate how you have achieved sales success and delivered meaningful customer growth in your past experiences. Additionally, you must be able to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, days, afternoons, and weekends.

We offer a competitive total compensation package, including an industry-leading base salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, commission, group benefits, complimentary membership, and leadership training to help ensure you are always learning and developing.
