About the Role

As a Customer Experience Liaison at CB Canada, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication with our mortgage clients. Your primary responsibility will be to effectively convey loan document requirements and facilitate final loan approval.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients through written and verbal means, providing clear guidance on necessary loan documents and information.
  • Review conditions needed for loan closure with clients and ensure they understand their roles in the process.
  • Cultivate relationships with various teams within the mortgage process to tailor communication strategies that enhance the client experience.
  • Maintain high productivity levels and quality metrics by consistently meeting or exceeding minimum production goals.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and location. This figure may vary based on factors such as performance and market rates.
