  • Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers, providing product information and encouraging purchases, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our brands and products, enabling effective communication of their benefits to customers.
  • Setup and Cleanup: Ensure all product displays are organized and follow food safety protocols, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers.
  • Sales Support: Direct interested customers to the correct aisles for purchases, providing a seamless shopping experience.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company and store guidelines, ensuring demonstrations meet safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Must have access to a vehicle
  • Must have Food Handler certificate
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Sales-driven with a proactive approach to promoting products
  • Positive, Energetic, Lively and Charismatic
  • Previous retail, promotions, or customer service experience is preferred (training provided)
  • Previous hands-on experience in brand marketing and customer engagement would be an asset
