  • Authorize returns and exchanges, resolving customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules to meet business needs.
  • Prepare reports on sales, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform management decisions.
  • Resolve issues promptly, including supply shortages, customer requests, and employee conflicts.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels, adhering to stockroom procedures.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure employees are meeting expectations.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required; relevant experience preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of retail experience with demonstrated leadership skills.
