Technical Director, Audio Solutions

The Technical Director at Verndale is a seasoned expert, leader, and manager responsible for overseeing every project and account assigned to their delivery team. This role requires a deep understanding of technical solutions, leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team leaders.
Key Responsibilities- Lead project teams within the delivery team, ensuring successful project execution and quality technical solutions.
- Collaborate with other Technical Directors and Technical Leadership to drive technical strategy and decision-making.
- Manage team utilization and time reports, ensuring accurate tracking and timely completion of projects.
- Review project reports and health metrics, identifying areas for improvement and mitigating risks.
- Develop and implement technical solutions, including infrastructure planning, system integrations, and security best practices.
- Provide thought leadership through internal knowledge sharing, documentation, and external blogging and conference speaking.
- Manage budget requests for training, hardware, software, and team building.
- Lead career and professional development, training plans, 1-1s, reviews, and more for direct reports.
- 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Strong understanding of web foundations and architectures in a.NET environment.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English.
- Experience in content and technical architecture design, developing B2B and B2C websites, and understanding eCommerce/eBusiness concepts.
- Knowledge of React, VueJS, TypeScript, and Azure DevOps technologies.
