About the Role

The IT End User Services team at Brookfield Renewable is seeking a skilled IT Service Desk Analyst to join their Service Desk team. As the first point of contact for Brookfield staff, this role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve incidents, problems, and requests efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, prioritize, and resolve requests from staff via phone, email, and ServiceNow portal
  • Provide Level 1 and 1.5 support for software, hardware, and operating system issues, including password resets, software installations, and printer setup
  • Assist in the administration of enterprise-wide toolsets, such as Office 365, and provide remote support via TeamViewer and SCCM
  • Participate in asset management and tracking of hardware and software assets
  • Provide after-hours on-call support on a rotating basis
Knowledge and Experience Required
  • College diploma or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Equivalent work experience will be accepted
  • Strong time management skills, able to manage multiple priorities and work on multiple tickets simultaneously
  • Customer-centric mindset and strong interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving ability and ability to articulate solutions clearly
  • Experience using ServiceNow as a ticketing system and functional knowledge of Windows 7 and Windows 10 enterprise deployments
  • Fluency in English and French is required
