Director, Learning Strategy and Innovations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Learning Director to join our team at Fraser Health. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing our learning strategies to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and a proven track record of leading complex projects and initiatives. You will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive learning programs that align with our organizational goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Learning Strategies: Design and implement learning programs that meet the needs of our staff and align with our organizational goals.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement learning initiatives that drive business results.
- Manage Budgets and Resources: Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective delivery of learning programs.
- Build Partnerships: Build and maintain partnerships with external organizations to access best-in-class learning resources and expertise.
- Measure and Evaluate: Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
- Master's Degree: A Master's degree in a related field, such as education or organizational development.
- 8+ Years of Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in a related field, with a proven track record of leading complex projects and initiatives.
- Strong Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
