Director of Learning Strategy and Innovation

We are seeking a visionary Director, Learning Strategy and Innovations to lead the development and implementation of comprehensive learning strategies that enhance clinical practice and foster professional pride within Fraser Health.
This is an exciting opportunity to be directly involved in the integration, implementation, and sustainment of programs that relate to career pathways, advanced training, student practice, and new initiatives within Fraser Health.
Key Responsibilities- Direct the integration, implementation, and sustainment of defined, comprehensive, and coordinated programs related to career pathways, advanced training, student practice, and new initiatives.
- Oversee, strengthen, and enhance learning strategies within Fraser Health through mechanisms that include recognition of excellence in clinical practice, fostering professional pride, and advancing a culture of innovative approaches to learning.
- Create learning partnerships with relevant educational institutions, researchers, and policy makers to influence curriculum development and programs.
- Ensure interprofessional collaborative practice and education, provide expert advice, and lead the development of educational standards and practices.
- Provide leadership for professional development strategy, professional transition programs, role development, student practice education, and specialty education.
- Master's degree in a health profession, health care-related field, or education, plus a minimum of eight (8) years recent related educational and operational management experience in a complex health care environment.
- Current practicing registration with the relevant regulatory college in British Columbia.
