About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in education and a proven track record of leading complex projects and initiatives. You will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive learning programs that align with our organizational goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Learning Strategies: Design and implement learning programs that meet the needs of our staff and align with our organizational goals.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement learning initiatives that drive business results.
  • Build Partnerships: Establish and maintain partnerships with external organizations to access best-in-class learning resources and expertise.
  • Manage Budgets and Resources: Oversee budgets and resources to ensure effective use of organizational funds.
  • Communicate Effectively: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders and promote learning initiatives.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree: A Master's degree in a related field, such as education or organizational development.
  • Leadership Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of leading complex projects and initiatives.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and promote learning initiatives.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
