Hairdressing Salon Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hairdressing Salon Supervisor to join our team at 2814193 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our salon team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hairdressing services.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Work Management: Schedule work, arrange for maintenance and repair work, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Client Support: Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide excellent oral communication skills.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit progress and other reports to management.
- Staff Development: Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Work Environment: Combination of sitting, standing, walking in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
Standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced environment.
LanguageEnglish is the primary language of communication in this role.
Work Schedule30 to 40 hours per week.
