We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hairdressing Salon Supervisor to join our team at 2814193 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our salon team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hairdressing services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling: Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Work Management: Schedule work, arrange for maintenance and repair work, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Client Support: Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide excellent oral communication skills.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit progress and other reports to management.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule activities of workers, and train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
