Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Coordinate and schedule the activities of our team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Assist clients with special needs, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked salon.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Standing for extended periods is also required.
