Hairdressing Salon Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hairdressing Salon Supervisor to join our team at 2814193 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our salon team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hairdressing services.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Work Management: Schedule work, arrange for maintenance and repair work, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Client Support: Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit progress and other reports, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Staff Development: Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be standing for extended periods and must be able to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
