Hairdressing Salon Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Salon Supervisor to join our team at 2814193 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our salon team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hairdressing salon, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of stylists to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Manage work schedules, maintain inventory, and coordinate maintenance and repair work.
- Assist clients with special needs, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Ensure a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent position with 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
