Hairdressing Salon Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hairdressing Salon Supervisor to join our team at 2814193 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our salon team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hairdressing services.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Coordinate and schedule activities of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Assist clients with special needs, providing exceptional customer service.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked salon.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
Our salon is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Standing for extended periods is required.
