Sales and Revenue Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Revenue Development Manager to join our team at EightSix Network. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and revenue development, with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry and its trends. You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, building long-term relationships with clients, and driving business results.
In this role, you will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies, and negotiate contracts. You will also be responsible for managing and analyzing sales data, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations to senior management.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be highly organized, proactive, and results-driven, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
• Manage and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to senior management
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in sales and revenue development, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven
• Focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding targets
Salary Range: $98,000 - $120,000 annually
