Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Sales to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales efforts, developing strategic plans, and driving revenue growth. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to create effective sales campaigns
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies
  • Manage budgets and financials to ensure sales performance is aligned with company goals

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in a senior sales role, preferably in real estate
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and sales performance
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
