Executive Housekeeper Job Description

Vacation Internationale, INC. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement operational procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests.
  • Supervise a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Coordinate the purchase and maintenance of equipment and supplies, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including budgets and payrolls.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair services, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Client-focused and organized.
