Housekeeping Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Executive Inn at Whistler Village. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of housekeeping staff to ensure exceptional service and high standards of cleanliness.
  • Conduct regular inspections of hotel rooms and public areas to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to maintain a clean and well-stocked housekeeping department.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
