Job Summary:

The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective housekeeping services.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, including scheduling and assigning duties.
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure that they meet our high standards.
  • Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met, and that all staff are trained and equipped to handle emergency situations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including budgets and payrolls.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair services to ensure that our facilities are well-maintained.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in supervising and coordinating housekeeping staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, with a fast-paced environment and a focus on providing exceptional service to our guests.

Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
