Housekeeping Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Executive Inn at Whistler Village. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of hotel rooms and public areas.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist housekeeping staff in performing duties as needed.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Client focus, dependability, efficiency, flexibility, initiative, and reliability.
