We're seeking a seasoned Partner Development Manager to drive commercial partnerships that bring new merchants to our platform. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining a pipeline to deliver market strategy, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and driving market share growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a pipeline to deliver assigned territories' market strategy
  • Develop new commercial partnerships that drive new merchants to Lightspeed
  • Recruit new integration and referral partnerships through outbound prospecting and inbound qualification
  • Meet quotas defined by leadership
  • Provide regular pipeline reporting and forecasts
  • Ensure smooth handover to allocated teams
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Deliver defined ROI, key learnings, and evaluation of partnership impact
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of channel sales experience; software sales experience preferred
  • Experience with generating sales forecasts
  • High degree of initiative and self-direction
  • B2B relationship building skills
  • Ability to develop comprehensive growth strategies
  • Excellent English and French oral and written communication skills
