We're seeking a seasoned Partner Development Manager to drive commercial partnerships that bring new merchants to our platform. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining a pipeline to deliver market strategy, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and driving market share growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage a pipeline to deliver assigned territories' market strategy
- Develop new commercial partnerships that drive new merchants to Lightspeed
- Recruit new integration and referral partnerships through outbound prospecting and inbound qualification
- Meet quotas defined by leadership
- Provide regular pipeline reporting and forecasts
- Ensure smooth handover to allocated teams
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Deliver defined ROI, key learnings, and evaluation of partnership impact
- 3-5 years of channel sales experience; software sales experience preferred
- Experience with generating sales forecasts
- High degree of initiative and self-direction
- B2B relationship building skills
- Ability to develop comprehensive growth strategies
- Excellent English and French oral and written communication skills
