Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for optimizing retail sales and profitability while delivering superior customer service.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and present estimates to customers, source parts, and sell jobs to achieve sales targets
  • Interpret inspection results with technicians and present findings to customers in a clear and concise manner
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by listening to customers, consulting with them, and addressing their concerns
  • Contribute to the success of peers by promoting teamwork and collaboration
  • Maximize retail sales and shop profitability by achieving or exceeding sales objectives and goals
  • Maintain a safe working environment and contribute to the well-being of colleagues and the community


Requirements

  • Demonstrated general automotive knowledge and understanding of repair procedures
  • At least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry, preferably as a Service Advisor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Valid driver's license and flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends


Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is between $45,000-$60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including medical and dental coverage, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
