Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team at SK Immigration & Law. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Processing: Prepare and process payroll for employees, including calculating gross and net salaries, deductions, and benefits.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee attendance, leave, and overtime, as well as payroll-related documents.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management, including payroll summaries, employee data, and other relevant information.
  • Communication: Inform employees about payroll-related matters, benefits, and company policies.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to payroll and benefits.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, with a focus on payroll administration and processing.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
