Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at CB Canada. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for processing payroll, organizing and reviewing expense reports, and assisting in new hire and termination requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees
  • Organize and review expense reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Assist in new hire and termination requests, including updating employee records and processing necessary paperwork
  • Receive and process invoices, and post and reconcile entries in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits information
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in an Accounting role, preferably in payroll administration
  • Bilingual English and Japanese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data
  • High accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
