Key Responsibilities:- Process payroll for a large number of employees
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies
- Administer employee benefits
- Prepare T4's and ROE's
- Process employee expenses, vacation accruals, bonuses, and leave of absence requests
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required
- Previous experience as a Payroll Specialist
- Union experience is considered an asset
