Payroll Coordinator

KAD Consulting Services Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll system.
Key Responsibilities- Payroll Administration: Coordinate and process payroll transactions, including salary payments, benefits, and deductions.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial reports to management.
- Employee Communication: Provide excellent customer service to employees, responding to their payroll-related inquiries and concerns.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws and employment standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in payroll administration or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Language: English.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30 to 35 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large caseload.
