Job Summary

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Payroll & HR Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes, maintaining employee records, and providing administrative support to the HR department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll transactions, including salary, benefits, and taxes
  • Reconcile payroll sub-ledger to the general ledger
  • Remit payroll taxes and governmental reporting
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll statements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Administer group benefits program
  • Prepare HR documents, such as offer letters and employment contracts
  • Update internal HR databases
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in full-cycle payroll
  • Post-secondary education in payroll or HR
  • Oil and Gas experience preferred
  • Proficiency in SAP, Ceridian, and U.S. payroll experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
