We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at SP Trucklines Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure efficient use of resources
* Establish and maintain procedures to ensure deadlines are met and work priorities are achieved
* Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
* Assemble and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
* Perform data entry and oversee administrative procedures
* Resolve conflict situations and provide support to colleagues
**Supervision and Support**
* Supervise a team of 3-4 people
