As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building relationships with dental professionals, service technicians, and dealers in the Ontario market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Meet and exceed sales-related targets by providing exceptional customer service and recommending appropriate products and services.
  • Participate in dealer meetings and co-travel with dealer reps to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct sales calls to dental offices and maintain detailed CRM logs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with dealer sales and service representatives to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Work closely with management to execute dealer and sales incentive programs to drive sales growth and revenue.
Requirements:
  • University degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales goals and a strong understanding of the dental industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media skills are an asset.
  • French-speaking is an asset but not required.
