Job Summary

As a Technical Sales Representative at AppleOne, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for creating and sending quotes to customers, managing orders, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare and send quotes to customers, including pricing and product information
  • Manage orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accurate and timely processing
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and meetings


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; sales certificate or equivalent experience an asset
  • 1-3 years of industry experience in a manufacturing environment an asset
  • 2-5 years' experience in technical inside sales
  • Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles an asset
  • Effective use of technology, instruments, tools, and information systems
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, teamwork, time management, and interpersonal skills


Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
