Business Development Director

Knewsales Group is seeking a skilled and results-driven individual to lead business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader who can identify and pursue new business opportunities across Canada.
Working closely with executives, leadership, and field sales teams, the successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with current customers, partners, and vendors to grow the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading business development efforts to drive revenue growth
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Evaluating existing partnerships and sales efforts to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- 5+ years of business development management experience
- Proven ability to scale business successfully
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
- Background in direct sales and sales management
- Ability to travel across multiple provinces and locations
