Job Description

The General Manager will be responsible for providing strategic leadership direction to our branch, including sales, service, and operations. This is a key role that requires a strong leader who can motivate and inspire our team members to achieve our company's vision and values.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' progressive general management or sales experience, with a strong track record of delivering results and achieving revenue targets. They will also have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams, engage stakeholders, and build relationships.

Key responsibilities of the General Manager include:

Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans that drive growth, profitability, and sustainability. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase sales.
  2. Operational Excellence: Monitor and report on operational activities, costs, and forecast data. Design processes and ways of working to create excellent customer experiences. Manage vendor relationships, enforce quality standards, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  3. People Empowerment: Inspire and motivate the team by fostering their creativity and encouraging them to challenge processes and procedures. Lead and mentor our management team, fostering professional growth, talent development, and a positive workplace culture.
  4. Other: Other duties as required.
