About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Store Leader to join our team at Lids Inc. As a Store Leader, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing retail store team, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead, manage, and develop a team of retail store associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
  • Sales and Customer Service
    • Drive sales growth through effective merchandise presentation, visual merchandising, and customer engagement.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management and Loss Prevention
    • Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and minimize losses through effective controls and procedures.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Ensure seamless day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of retail management experience, preferably in a similar industry or role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Education and Certifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
