Job Title: Insurance Marketing Specialist

Brown & Brown Insurance is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Marketing Specialist to join our team. As an Insurance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our commercial insurance products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance carriers and brokers
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, and sales sheets
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in insurance marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
