Commercial Marketer Opportunity

Brown & Brown Inc is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Marketer to join our team in Markham, ON. As a key member of our Commercial Division, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new business and expand existing relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with Client Advisors to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and provide expert guidance on coverage options and market trends.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive coverage analyses to clients, highlighting key benefits and value propositions.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, correspondence, and business outcomes in our Business Management System.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments, market trends, and regulatory requirements to ensure our clients receive the best possible service.
  • Work closely with our Director of the Commercial Division to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance, with a strong understanding of coverage options and market trends.
  • RIBO license required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Applied, Excel, Word, and Outlook programs, with experience using EPIC - BMS systems a plus.
