Job Title: Insurance Marketing Specialist

Brown & Brown Canada is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Marketing Specialist to join our team in Markham & Toronto. As a key member of our Commercial Division, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new business and retain existing clients.
  • Collaborate with Client Advisors to understand client needs and preferences.
  • Prepare and present coverage analysis and quotes to clients.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with insurance carriers and underwriters.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of new business submissions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
  • RIBO license required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
