Insurance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Marketing Specialist to join our team at Brown & Brown, Inc. This exciting opportunity will involve working closely with our Commercial Division to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to promote our commercial insurance products and services.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Design and implement effective marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, carriers, and industry partners.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in insurance marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems and social media platforms.
