Job Title: Administrative Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist to join our team at Ancaster Cardiology Cost Sharing Corp. As an Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our healthcare team, including scheduling appointments, managing medical records, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and electronic medical records systems.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position in a fast-paced environment. You will work under pressure, manage a large caseload, and maintain attention to detail.
