We are seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist to join our team at Ancaster Cardiology Cost Sharing Corp. As an Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our healthcare professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, order supplies, and manage inventory.
  • Communication: Provide excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain confidential medical files and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Office Management: Assist with office management tasks, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Windows, and electronic medical records.
