Job Title: Line Cook
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team at Executive House Suites Hotel. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Organize buffets and banquets
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Or equivalent experience
Work Setting: Restaurant, Hotel, Motel, Resort
