We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team at Executive House Suites Hotel. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use and minimizing waste.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for staff and guests.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and meet customer demands.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a fast-paced environment.
