Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Evolution Fulfillment Inc.

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Arrange training for staff
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Oversee the operation of company
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Work Environment:

The Warehouse Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 5-10 people. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, handle heavy loads, and maintain attention to detail.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The Warehouse Supervisor will work 30-40 hours per week.
